Teachers: Zen teachers Subhana Barzaghi and Maggie Gluek with Patrick Kearney

A unique combination of Zen and Insight teachers are offering a five day Dharma Study and Retreat Programme. Painting the sky explores the Buddha’s teachings on the “not-born, not-become, not-made, not-constructed.” These teachings are the original source of the Zen understanding of “the immeasurable mind of nirvana,” and they resonate deeply with the practice of shikantaza, “just sitting.”
