A Weekend Zen Retreat (non-residential) with Ellen Davison at Kuan Yin Meditation Centre
This 2 day non-residential Zen retreat will include Zen Meditation, instructions, chanting, and individual interviews. Suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
Times: Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm. Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Patrick Kearney - Retreat (non-residential) - Kuan Yin Meditation Centre
Patrick has over 25yrs experience in meditation practice and has taught retreats throughout Australia. Patrick emphasises the importance of developing independence in practice through the dynamics of meditation and the theory which guides it.
